There must be program for psychopaths to be not Lord Buckethead expected to understand society's rules naturally, or through intuition, and empathize with people, but to at least be shown how to project their actions forward in their mind, to emphasize that certain actions won't get them the best result.
From there, they could be shown how to think of other actions that get them what they want without hurting anyone.
